Try updating your Norton security software or else disable the Norton Toolbar in your Firefox Add-ons -> Extensions list. For help disabling extensions, see Disable or remove Add-ons under "How to disable extensions ..."

I entered one with the my question but I certainly can get more. PDF reader is Adobe Reader v 10.1.1 I'll try the Norton Toolbar disable and see how that works before submitting a bunch of crash reports.

Crashes appear to have gone away with Norton disabled. Much better! Thanks again.
