have downloaded new version of adobe flash player but it will not install. I get a box that says "only a single instance of this application can run" What does this mean/what do I do about it? (I've removed the old flash player)

You seem to have Shockwave Flash 11.1 r102 installed, according to the plugins scan done on the browser that used to post in this forum.
