Hello afoux1,

Billeo's latest version with Firefox 15 support is currently available for download. You can download the Firefox 15 supported version of Billeo by heading over to www.billeo.com and clicking on Get Billeo.

  • NOTE: Reinstalling Billeo will not delete any of your saved Billeo data. Also, remember not to create a new account when you are done. Please bypass the Registration page and instead, click on the Billeo Icon in your browser and select Sign In and sign in with your exisiting Billeo username and password.

If you do not see Billeo in Firefox after reinstalling, the add-on may still be disabled. Please check the add-on to make sure Billeo is Enabled. In Firefox, please click Tools > Add-ons > Extensions and make sure Billeo is enabled. If it is, but you still do not see Billeo in Firefox, click on View > Toolbars > Billeo Toolbar to make it viewable.

In regards to the Google Toolbar in Firefox, please refer to the following link. It looks like Google is no longer supporting it's toolbar on Firefox.

https://www.google.com/intl/en/toolbar/ff/index.html

If you continue to experience trouble with Billeo, please contact us at 866/539-0782 for additional assistance. Billeo phone support is available from 9am-5pm PST, Monday through Friday.

Thanks, Billeo Customer Support

The last version of Firefox that Google supported was Firefox 5.0. The Google Toolbar hasn't been supported for Firefox since July 2011, over a year ago.

i understand that - however i have managed to keep it working right through firefox 14 (by changing a setting in the profile) and was wondering if anybody had a "fix" for firefox 15

more options

No, there is no published fix that I can find. While you may be able to hack the Google Toolbar to work in unsupported versions, this is unsupported and liable to break at anytime.

Just edit install.rdf file which you will find here C:\Users\YOUR USER\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\pnfff82g.default\extensions\{3112ca9c-de6d-4884-a869-9855de68056c}

just change 4.*
