Roboform toolbar opening in only one Firefox window

Using Firefox 21 and Roboform 7.8.9.5: I have three Firefox windows open (each with several tabs), but the Roboform toolbar appears on only one of the windows. When I click on Views/Toolbars, the Roboform toolbar is listed only in that one window. It is not listed in the other two.

Did not have this problem until a week or so ago. Not sure if it was concurrent with a Firefox update or a Roboform update. Suggestions?

hello, please directly contact the extension developers through the means provided at their support page - they can likely give you more detailed guidance and are the only ones who can fix bugs or make necessary adjustments in the addon for new firefox versions. thank you...
