Hi, I get script error message every time I use mozilla thunderbird, as below:

"Line: 20 Char: 12 Error: UNSUPPORTED_OS_ERROR Code: 0 URL: https://pbttbcpn.bt.motive.com/AlertWebFlow/page.js

Do you wish to continue running scripts on this page?"

Any idea how to fix this?

Try to start Thunderbird in safe mode. This will temporarily disable all extensions.
