I do not have a Firefox tool bar tab as shown on your getting started page. All I get is a small icon that when I click on it says 'restore' (,which just changes the size of the page display), 'move', 'size' '-minimize', '- maximize', and 'close'. I use to have the tool bar but it disappeared. How do I get it back.

If you arent seeing the Menu bar press F10 or Alt. If you are in Full Screen Mode Press F11.
