can't change master password settings
Hi folks, on one computer (work) I can't change any of the settings such as auto-logout or auto lock. Whatever settings I change it just reverts back to the default settings again. I'm correctly entering the master password. Even though it is a work computer there are no policies or restrictions on the actual machine so it should just work the same as my home PC.

Are you talking about Firefox, or your computer?
Firefox as in tools, options, security, change master password.
The Master Password is only used for encrypting the names and passwords that are stored in the Password Manager and not to prevent access to other settings.
I'm not sure what setting you are referring about in respect of auto-logout or auto lock.
Can you attach a screenshot?

Hi, its the settings that won't change - they just go back to defaults which are too short. Underneath where you set master password there are options called auto lock and auto log-out. The attached screenshots show them. If I change the setting from the shown 300 to say 900 it has no affect and changes back to 300 next time you look at it.
This configurations comes from your addon Master Password+ 1.21.2 , check if you configure correct the addon and case the problem continue, try contact the developers:
