w7 personal laptop using ff 31.0 getting Test Page for Apache HTTP when trying to open fave website. PLEASE help me. Thanx

no server installed on w7 home 64. no probs ever before accessing the website in ff: the-reborn.org or the-reborn.com which i have accessed daily for 1.5yrs. now, whether i try thru bookmark or by typing url, i receive the following: http://tinypic.com/r/2je23ra/8

i CAN access the website on ie, but i prefer ff.. and i hate to be forced to used ie :/

Please help me! this has been going on for days, and tho im no newb to searching info i have been unable to find a resolution online.

I was redirected to; http://the-reborn.org/ Looks okay to me.

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

  • Clear the Cache

Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

and

  • Remove Cookies

Warning ! ! This will log you out of all sites you're logged in to. Press the Alt or F10 key to bring up the tool bar. Followed by;

Windows; Tools > Options Linux; Edit > Preferences Mac; application name > Preferences

Then Privacy. Under History, select Firefox will Use Custom Settings. There is a button on the right side called Show Cookies.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} While you are in safe mode; Press the Alt or F10 key to bring up the tool bar. Followed by;

Windows; Tools > Options Linux; Edit > Preferences Mac; application name > Preferences

Then Advanced > General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.

Poke around safe web sites. Are there any problems?

Then restart.
