All this is interesting but totally irrelevant. There is no such thing as a Thunderbird account. Thunderbird is email client software that runs on YOUR computer. It is not an email provider or service. It does not care who is in charge or using it. You need to address any of your concerns about use and access with your email provider and that is not Thunderbird.
It is also not a great idea to post personal info on a public forum. No one from here is going to call you. This forum is the only method of support. There are no personal phone calls except from spammers that will pick up your info.
