Flash 15 make's firefox not work

So just updated flash to 15 and firefox doesn't even load it just opens a white screen nothing no menu or anything shows uninstall and it works just fine again.

Hello,

Are you still experiencing the problem with the white screen? You system details do not show that you have Adobe Flash installed, you can get a copy of it here:

Note: The middle pane usually contains an optional offer for the McAfee toolbar, it is not needed to run Flash so you can uncheck that box if you do not want McAfee running in your browser.


I notice that you are also using an outdated version of Firefox - there have been several security updates for vulnerabilities since Firefox 29, please update by going to:

  • Help (or New Fx Menu > Help-29 > About Firefox

Yep still getting it but now I can't even down grade if I try to install flash 11 or 14 Firefox will run 15 as a plugin even tho I don't have it installed any more. If I try to disable flash 15 it also turns the other one off.

Don't have flash right now cause I was trying to downgrade least till it get's worked out but ya... as i said that didn't go well

I am a little confused, but try the Flash uninstaller from here to make sure that they were removed completely:

I try updating from the site it seems to have fixed it working ok so far for now.
