Firefox crashes

I have tried all of the recommended approaches to get Firefox to install and run. It will not launch. I have uninstalled and re-installed it a dozen times. I can't run it in safe mode as it will never successfully launch. I am running on a windows 8.1 OS.

Below is the most recent version of the crash reporter file:

That is a problem with networksniffer.dll as you can see in the crash report.

  • Firefox 34.0.5 Crash Report [@ networksniffer.dll@0x33f5 ]

You will have to disable this software for Firefox and contact the developer for support.
