how can i keep a certain web page from opening on its own?

all morning long today since i made mozilla my default w/bing as my search engine stack video web page keeps opening on its own. i'll close it and in a few minutes it will open back up. i'll be listening to internet radio and it will cut out and this web page starts talking. i was trying to ripp a cd and during the music play this web page came on and was interupting my music. make it stop please.
