I am not getting all of my e mail messages on this computer that my husband gets on his computer and cell phone.

I use mozilla. My husband uses outlook express. He is getting a lot of e mails that do not get to my mozilla account. I get more messages on my cell phone. Why am I not getting all of our e mails on my computer which uses mozilla for e mail?

There is no such thing as a 'Mozilla' account. Mozilla is not an email provider. You do have an email account with your provider, and you access it via Thunderbird, or Outlook Express, or whatever phone you may have.

Are we talking about a single account accessed by all these devices?

What is the account type on those devices - POP or IMAP?
