Having problems with logging into websites and showing I have been banned?

I am having problems logging into a website..it is showing that I have been banned..but when I contacted the Admin..they say I have not been banned..I have 2 accounts with them and just last night it is showing I have been banned from that one as well..I contacted my service provider and everything is ok on that end..and Admin can't find a reason why I can't log in or create another account..

Earlier I tried to log into my Website and it was showing that I was banned..I don't think so it is my Website why would I be banned from my own website..but I got that fixed but not sure how I did it lol..

So, I have done everything I can at my end and am hoping that Mozilla Firefox and help me out to see if it is at your end..

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache. Note: This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to. To clear cache and cookies do the following:

  1. Click the menu button New Fx Menu, choose History, and then "Clear Recent History...".
  2. Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
  3. Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
  4. From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
  5. Now click the "Clear Now" button.

I have cleared the Cache but not sure I can do the cookies yet or the history..I have a ton of bookmarks that I need to get into my website first..the only thing there is I have a lot bookmarks from that one website..but since I can't get in there I can't take them off of the bookmarks..
