Are you using a bookmark to directly go to that page?

In case you use a bookmark to reach this page then try to navigate to this page starting with the site's main page or its log in page. It is not a good idea to bookmark a page that has possibly been opened by sending a form with POST data or that might expire otherwise.

I'm suspecting this is an issue with the website from which you are making the Visa application and not on Firefox browser.

Firefox only shows the data received from the servers probed. In your case, the server did not get the expected response hence the 500/404 error which are mostly not on the Firefox side.

You can resubmit the application or have the Visa application Website's system admin have a look at the issue.

If you send us the link, I'm sure i can get the system admin for you.

THE COMMENTS ARE STILL THERE WHEN I CLICK ON INDIAVISAONLINE. MY SON SUGGESTED THAT I SHOULD GET OUT FROM FIREFOX AND TRY THROUGH GOOGLE AND IMMEDIATELY MY APPLICATION APPEARED AND MY WORK DONE. BUT WHO IS THE SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR? RATHER THAN RUNNING AROUND, BROWSING THROUGH A NUMBER OF QUESTIONS, I WOULD RATHER GET IN TOUCH WITH THE SYSTEM ADM BUT I DID NOT KNOW HOW TO APPROACH. ANYWAY MY WORK IS DONE. I AM 83, AND GOING THROUGH THIS IS A REAL HASSLE.
