How do I find plug in that is needed. I have a block on site no ID.

I have a website (leagueoflosers.club) that shows a dark block in upper right corner. It states a plugin is needed to display content, but no indication which one. There is a close button, but it just takes text off block. The site has embeded sound that will not play.
