I can't receive email from one certain email address

I have not been able to receive emails from a certain AOL email address. Even when I send to that address and they receive it when they reply back I still don't receive the email. I don't seem to be having problems getting email from anyone else.

have you asked you mail provider why this is occurring? Thunderbird only downloads mail from your mail server, it does not reject or drop any of it. But most ISPs, in the US in particular, drop much of the mail sent to them as spam.
