a website access times out but apparently the site is up; what can I do?

I am trying to sign into my aquacard account. I can access http://www.aquacard.co.uk/customers/ but the link to sign in (or to register) repeatedly times out. Aqua say the site is up and some other users say they can access it.

I have also tried Chrome and IE but with no success.

Can you please advise? Thanks

I tried your link. When I tried to log in, it opened this web page; https://service.aquacard.co.uk/aqua/web_channel/cards/security/logon/logon.aspx

Nothing happened. The window soon timed out.

I got the same thing when I tried to create a new user at; https://service.aquacard.co.uk/sitecore/content/aqua/web_channel/cards/security/registration/authenticate.aspx

The connection has timed out The server at service.aquacard.co.uk is taking too long to respond.

This Connection is Untrusted is sometimes caused because the computer system clock is wrong. Check the time / date / time zone settings.

Thanks. I've come to the conclusion, after seeing others have the same problem, that there is probably a block on none UK IP addresses. AQUA don't seem to be doing anything about this.
