Is there a business service where I can talk to someone, not search the web? I can pay, no problem - but how? :-)
I would like t use the Thunderbird mail for business. There is no time for searching answer in the net or community. I just need to call someone to get solution in 2 minutes. Is such service available? Is there any licence I could buy to get this service level? :-)

Not from normal venues, which are staffed by Thuderbird volunteers.
Have you found any via google? Beware, some can be poor/scams

Your answer is not 100% clear to me: Do You mean that there is no "pro" support for Thunderbird? only from volunteers? right?
