I can't use Print setup neither Print from Firefox & Thurderbird. Proigrams lock

Firefox 41.0.2 & Thunderbird 38.3.0. I am not able to print anymore from both programs. When I try the program stop (no answering) and I have to force its close and start it again. Even I try to run Print Setup both programs stop.

Printer (Adobe PDf or other) works with normal applications.

I don't realized from when this problem occur, but before everything has work fine.

Hi Riccardo16 , I understand that when you print from Firefox and from Thunderbird that the programs freeze/lock. I am happy to help.

Since it is happening in more than one program, but mostly Gecko, I would recommend these troubleshooting steps for Firefox

  1. Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings
  2. Fix printing problems in Firefox
