My Calendar settings are locked. How do I unlock them?

I cannot add new events and the Calendar Properties selection on the Edit drop-down is greyed out. How do I unlock my settings so that I can once again add events.

Do you have the calendar set to Read Only? Are there lock symbols beside your calendar in the Calendar Pane?

Right click the calendar in the calendar pane and select Properties. Then uncheck Ready Only.
