Can't find "View" or "Tools" on browser

I do not see "view" or "Tools" on my Firefox browser. I need to change Character Coding and cannot find these options.

Hello,

To open the options page:

  • Click the menu button New Fx Menu, and choose Options
  • Or alternatively, type about:preferences into the address bar and press Enter.

Note that "Character Encoding" is has been renamed to "Text Encoding".

  • View > Text Encoding

You can tap the Alt key or press F10 to show the Menu Bar

You can find the "Text Encoding" button in the Customize palette and drag the button to the "3-bar" menu button drop-down list or on a toolbar for easy access.
