I am having dreadful trouble. All of a sudden I am getting messages Trojan DealWare.Stealth and to ring 1800990791 and my home page keeps changing to different

How do I fix my problem urgently. Pop up says Trojan.dealware.stealth is infecting my computer ring 1800990791. Have scanned for a virus doesn't show any but my home page keeps changing to different search engines. Am in a real panic. How do I fix? Thanks
