I keep getting redirected and can not manage my website through Comcast. I am using a Mac, when using a PC with Internet Exployer I can get on to it?

when I get to MANAGE WEBSITE TAB, it says PROBLEM LOADING PAGE. The HOSTING company says its on my end! Apple Support has gone through my computer and tells me there is no firewalls in place or anything else that should be stopping this! They tell me it has to do with something on MOZILLA'S end!!! PLEASE HELP!!!
