all messages in the inboxes disappear when i log out. When sending a message it doesnt record that it is even sent.

Hi, All our messages in the inbox disappear when I log out of mozilla thunderbird . also sent messages say they are sent but do not show up in sent box. Using windows 7. Thanks!

Is this an IMAP or a POP account? Can you log in to the account via your browser and webmail? If so, are the Inbox messages still in the Inbox there, and are the messages you sent in the Sent folder there?
