"Insert" feature is GONE
I cannot insert a hyperlink into text or insert an image into a document because the "insert" feature has disappeared from ym compose menu. They keep changing it - I used to be able to copy from the clipboard using right-click, but they took that away and now you have to use <ctrl>V but now they taken everything away.
Yes I am composing in HTML.
This loss makes Thunderbird useless for me. Please help and I hope I'm doing something stupid. I have been using T-bird for years. Thanks!

Never mind. Somehow the menu bar got turned off in the write window.

If you hold the Shift key when clicking on Write does it work then?
No it doesn't.
You might post a screen shot of your Write window with the Insert missing. It may give someone a clue to the issue.
