Not Receiving Email on 1 of the 3 Computers
We have 5 company computers but only 3 use Thunderbird. The other 2 just use the general Gmail access and do not have Thunderbird installed on those computers. We have the latest version of Thunderbird on the 3 company computers. The owner's Thunderbird has his own direct office email account (Gmail) but not the general office email account. The other has both his direct office email account (Gmail) and the general office account (Gmail). That computer has not had any issues. Mine, however, only receives emails and will only show emails that come in when I am signed on to my computer. When I am not signed on or when I come in to work in the morning I cannot get emails from the general office account (Gmail) even if I ask to download from the general office account (Gmail). But when I go to access the general email account via Gmail all the emails are there. So no one is deleting the emails.
I deleted the saved password for downloading and tried entering it again but no luck. What could be the issue?
Thanks ahead of time!

Hi BESTHCE.
For the accounts set in Thunderbird, do you use IMAP or POP protocol? Please also see Thunderbird and Gmail article, if you have set up the account properly (below the article you'll find also useful link to Google related support article).

The other has both his direct office email account (Gmail) and the general office account (Gmail).
Please explain in more detail what 'direct' and 'general' account means.
When I am not signed on
Please explain that in more detail. How exactly do you expect getting mail when you're not signed on to your computer? What does 'signed on' mean?
when I come in to work in the morning I cannot get emails from the general office account (Gmail) even if I ask to download from the general office account (Gmail).
What prevents you from getting the mail? Do you get any error message? What does 'even if I ask to download' mean?
