Sending mail only sends Subject and Attachments

I get a confirm? window that says: There was a problem including the file file:///C:/DOCUME~1/user/LOCALS~1/Temp/nsemail.html in the message. Would you like to continue sending the message without this file?

Have been getting that popup window for a while but it still worked. Now nothing in the message goes with the email

You would think after this length of time Avast would get their act together

Thanks Matt, adding *\nsemail.html to exclusions did the trick. Better than switching to Outlook express.
