have updated, reinstalled, tried all the tips on the support pages and forums-to no avail. not a single game will load or play on any site. the add ons are all current. I've tweaked and checked and unchecked. PLEASE HELP. I tried right clicking on sites with flash content and do not get a box that says global settings...something is definitely wrong! :( . funny thing is that everything was working fine till early this afternoon and then poof---it flaked.

Are you talking about the 64-bit version of Firefox?

You posted here with 32-bit Firefox 43.0.1.

Win64 version of Firefox is limited to Flash and Silverlight Plugins. If your games need any other Plugins (such as Java) you'll need to use the Win32 version of Firefox.

I finally performed a system restore to an earlier time which resolved the issues.
