microsoft OneDrive stop working, keeps asking the cookies must be allowed while all are allowed in the privacy settings.
within the last week I start getting "your browser currently set to block cookies. Your browser must always allow cookies before you can use a Microsoft account" every time I use the Firefox browser. In my privacy settings I set:use custom settings for history, and checked Accept cookies from sites then except third-party cookies: Always, keep until:they expire. When I go to the OneDrive to open a file it takes me to the Microsoft account which is not working and can not be edited or updated. So basically the OneDrive stop working. I use Firefox browser only, other browsers may not have the same issue.

Hi, delete all references to the website in question, as shown under the heading 'How do I remove a single website from my history?' in this article - Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox, then try the site again.
If that doesn't fix it, try Firefox Safe Mode to see if the problem goes away. Firefox Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily turns off hardware acceleration, resets some settings, and disables add-ons (extensions and themes).
If Firefox is open, you can restart in Firefox Safe Mode from the Help menu:
- Click the menu button , click Help and select Restart with Add-ons Disabled.
If Firefox is not running, you can start Firefox in Safe Mode as follows:
- On Windows: Hold the Shift key when you open the Firefox desktop or Start menu shortcut.
- On Mac: Hold the option key while starting Firefox.
- On Linux: Quit Firefox, go to your Terminal and run firefox -safe-mode
(you may need to specify the Firefox installation path e.g. /usr/lib/firefox)
When the Firefox Safe Mode window appears, select "Start in Safe Mode".
If the issue is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, theme, or hardware acceleration. Please follow the steps in the Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems article to find the cause.
To exit Firefox Safe Mode, just close Firefox and wait a few seconds before opening Firefox for normal use again.
When you figure out what's causing your issues, please let us know. It might help others with the same problem. Thank you!
Tried all suggestions and noting works so far. In addition I did trouble shooting plug ins, reinstall Firefox and Refresh Firefox. I am a PC user but not good at in problem solving. I noticed that the same problem occurs with the IE browser. So the problem may be with the Microsoft OneDrive rather then the browsers.

Perhaps there is a setting in your security software that affects third party cookies or other aspects of Microsoft's website. Each program probably has a different way to check settings. If it isn't obvious after calling up its settings or main console, you might check with the publisher for advice on whether its software might be causing this issue.
Thanks for the afford guys. While I was reading the Microsoft support forum I saw a suggestion by a poster that solved the problem. It has nothing to do with Mozilla Firefox. It Is IE privacy settings causing the problem. Hear are the steps I used: -Go to Control Panel, click on Internet Option, click Privacy. -Under the setting click on Sites. Look to see the "live.com" file in the Managed Sites. If so The "live.com" should be Always Allowed. -Then go and click on OneDrive file in the "File Explorer" folder. It will take you to Microsoft Account. Fill in the required fields then sign in. Restart your PC, if you do not get "cookies must be allowed" message the problem is solved.
