I have used the refresh Firefox option but I did not get my session back, how can I restore it using my stored old firefox data folder?

Hello, I was using my firefox but I was getting a lot of unresponsive scripts messages, my browser was getting slower by the minute and so I used the refresh option. After that, I opened my firefox again only to see that my session was gone and not retrievable from my history tab as "restore previous session" option. Neither could I restore recently closed tabs. I have a folder called old firefox data and it has backups that I could use. How can I use them to restore my session?

Hi, sorry for the delay, please see -

You will need to look for the sessionstore.js file.

Incidentally, you have 2 versions of Shockwave Flash - which can cause problems, so the oldest should be removed from your machine -
