cant access a tiscali email in firefox

somebody using my PC wanted to access his Tiscali email account. As I was already logged onto Firefox he entered his email address and a message came up "sorry we do not recognise this email"

Not being too techsavvy, I thought you could access any email account on any browser.

Is this not the case, or am I doing something wrong?

Any comments would be appreciated.

Solution choisie

Can't be signed into the same domain with two different accounts at the same time. Log out of one before trying to log into another.

Or use the Multifox extension. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/multifox/
