How do I change the column "recipient" to "sender" in my Thnderbird e-mail?
Most of my e-mails show my name as the recipient. I need to know who the sender is before opening an e-mail.

The descriptions at the top of those columns are actually buttons, not just passive labels. Right-click any one of them and you'll see a list of available columns where you can select Sender and deselect Recipient. You can also drag them left and right to adjust their positions, and you can grab and drag their edges to adjust column widths.
Personally I prefer "Correspondents" as it intelligently works out what you need to see; the sender in messages addressed to you and the recipient in outgoing messages. This is useful in folders where you store a full conversation with both incoming and outgoing messages.
Being buttons, these things also respond to mouse clicks allowing you, in most cases, to sort the display by the contents of the clicked column.
