How do I export Firefox IOS bookmarks to a bookmark file which I could use on other browsers or platforms? I am aware on syncing to other Firefox programs, but my organization only allows Internet Explorer.

It's not possible to export bookmarks on your iOS device at this moment. There may be 3rd party apps out there that could. Your best bet is to sync it to Firefox on a desktop and export the files from there.
