Hi why when i try watch movie there always pop up to turn off adblock even i dont install it thx

hi i confused because when i want watch and search certain web there always massage say please turn off ad block even i dont install and use it, i try to search the solution but not going find the answer... i had try reinstall mozilla, install new windows and safe mode but it don't work thx
