Proxy autoconfiguration doesn't work

Hello! I have the proxy server squid and WPAD with DNS. Google Chrome and IE work fine except FF. wpad.dat is published on apache. Maybe it is some problems with mime-type but Chrome and IE work.... FF doesn't work neither with URL to wpad.dat nor with autoconfiguration. In apache log I see that wpad.dat is downloaded by FF.
