Drag and drop attachment not working 52.2.0 (32-bit)

Worked prior to recent update. Win 10 Pro 64-bit. Can add attachment manually byt either entering 'attached' in the message and clicking the 'Add Attachment; option or selecting 'Attach' command above the header area.

Working fine here. Where are you dragging and dropping? As soon as I move the file over the address fields the attachment window opens and I drop it.

After shutting down last night and powering up it was working properly again this morning. However I did do a Restart yesterday prior to posting the problem here. Have no idea what caused the problem.
