That message is characteristic of a security product that rejects requests from certain ranges of IP addresses thought to pose a security concern. It usually clears up after a while once the concern subsides.

However, if you get that message ONLY in Firefox and not in your other browsers, that would be odd and might indicate different connection paths between your browser and the site (e.g., proxy server, VPN, etc.).
