How do I get the bookmarks toolbar to appear as a toolbar, rather than a tab, in Firefox for android

It's tedious and time-consuming to search for a bookmark in the "Bookmarks Toolbar" tab; it would be much easier if the TAB could be displayed, like it is in Windows, as a TOOLBAR. Does anyone know (a) if this is possible; and (b) how to do it?

The bookmarks toolbar is a folder of bookmarks on Firefox for Android. It does not have a bookmarks toolbar.
