You can use a bookmarklet like these to rotate the page in the current tab.
- javascript:void(document.body.setAttribute("style","-moz-transform:rotate(-90deg)"));
- javascript:void(document.body.setAttribute("style","-moz-transform:rotate(90deg)"));
- javascript:void(document.body.setAttribute("style","-moz-transform:rotate(180deg)"));
You would need a document viewer to rotate the image and save a copy.
You can create a new bookmark and paste the JavaScript code in its location field. If you want to test this then run the JavaScript code via the command line of the Web Console.

Firefox is only a web browser. You need to get another program for what you want.
