watching video doesn't work

I downloaded the updated version of mozilla and when I try to play videos, they are distorted, green and purple like watching a 3d program without glasses. I did not have this problem before the update.

Try updating your Intel/AMD/Nvidia graphics card drivers to the latest version available on the manufacturers website.

If the issue still persists, try setting media.windows-media-foundation.use-nv12-formatto false in about:config.

If that doesn't work try disabling Hardware Acceleration in the Performance section of the options (hidden behind Use Recommended Settings).

My videos just suddenly stopped working. They look normal till you touch the pointer to the start video arrow then they go all gray and won't play. Videos play fine on Explorer and on Firefox for Android. Tried the refresh thing did nothing. Any ideas?
