My "All MAIL" folder got deleted and in combinatin also wiped my entire gmail account. Now I have lost all my email how can I recover them ?

All Mail Folder got just deleted which also deleted all of my mails in my original Email account from Gmail. Now I have lost every way of communication. I really need help to recover my emails from thunderbird or from gmail. Please

Also.... my Thunderbird still shows that I have used 98% of free space. So my mails must still be somewhere right ?
