Try to rename (remove) cert9.db and remove cert8.db (used previously) in the Firefox profile folder with Firefox closed.

You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Can you show the certificate chain and possible details about the Twitch certificate like the issuer (you may have to remove the above mentioned files)?

You can inspect the certificate chain for the domain in the currently selected tab via these steps:

  • click the Control Center 'i' icon at the left end of the location/address bar
  • click the arrow to expand the security message
  • click "More Information" to open "Tools -> Page Info" and go to the Security tab
  • click "View Certificate" to inspect the certificate chain in a standalone window and check the issuer of the certificate

Please attach a screenshot that shows the certificate information.
