bookmark opens as sidebar instead of full page

I have one bookmark that opens as a sidebar to my current page instead of opening as the full page itself. I'm not sure how or why it started doing that, but I want to turn off the open as sidebar function.

Hi KathleenM,

Would you try this please :

Press Ctrl + Shift + B, which will take you to the Library.

Look for that bookmark and highlight it.

Then, at the bottom, click the 'More' button and make sure that 'Load this bookmark in the sidebar' is unchecked.

Everything back to normal now  ?

BTW, when you use "Bookmark this Page" on a web page that 'Load this bookmark in the sidebar' preference usually gets the check-mark when Firefox saves that new bookmark. So, don't use those "Bookmark this Page" hyperlinks on web pages, the JavaScript code they use isn't fully compatible with Gecko / Firefox and that is the end result.
