Even with scale at 100%, When I print a shipping label it is oversize - fix?

I can't seem to find a way to have print a normal size shipping label from firefox. From amazon, it should print on one page with the return bar code. They print on separate pages and the label is about 25% bigger than normal. With fedex it landscapes the label and makes it double size.
