When I email a large attachment using Filelink it seems to spin forever, and the upload never completes until I get a failure message. I wonder if it needs to logon to Box.com first? Am I missing something in the installation? I followed the directions. What I can do is logon to Box.com (via Firefox) and upload the file there and get a URL which I paste into the email I'm sending.

This link just reviews the fundamentals of setting it up. I'm set up correctly as far as I can see.

After creating the account, the service provider will send you a validation email message. Did you Click the validation link in the received email message to activate your account?

I suppose you're talking about box.com sending an email. I signed up at least a couple of years ago, and it's impossible for me to remember that detail. If I received an email requiring clicking a validation link, I'm sure I did that. Fortunately I seldom need to email a large file so this problem doesn't need to be solved.
