I would try flushing your DNS. DNS is the service that converts a website address (like mozilla.org) to an IP address that the computer uses to access the site. It's kind of similar to a phone book.

The DNS information for the websites that you visit are saved so that your computer doesn't have to ask for that information each time it wants to view the website. This is called a DNS cache.

If the server that holds that website has moved or your DNS cache is not accurate, you may have issues connecting. You can clear your DNS cache by doing the following:

  1. Press the Windows key and R
  2. Type cmd
  3. Click Ok
  4. Type ipconfig /flushdns
  5. Restart your computer
