Can someone help me print in Windows 10 from this website: https://www.nytimes.com/crosswords/game/kenken . I don't receive any error but nothing prints.
Firefox is my referred browser. However, I need to use Google Chrome to print kenken puzzles from the NY Times web site. In Firefox, when I use the page's print button, I don't receive an error, but nothing prints. If I use the Firefox Print this page button, the page will print with no puzzle. In Chrome, I have no issue and the pages print as they should. Is someone able to help?

You might want to turn off Adblock Plus and test. and also IBM Security Rapport since you are using Norton Safe web & have Norton A/V and Firewall running.
So test with out the 2 Extensions running to see if that makes a difference.
Thanks for answering PKshadow. No, this did not solve the problem. Also, nothing has changed. Ever since I upgraded Firefox to Firefox Quantum, I have not been able to print from this website in Firefox.
I should also note that they are running in Chrome as well and I can print without a problem.
I get the attached error when printing through pdfFactory, a PDF printer driver. I'm not sure where the problem lies, but none of the obvious settings I tried helped.
