How do I PERMANENTLY change settings so I ALWAYS view a web browser in English REGARDLESS what country I'm in?

How can I view EVERY page in ENGLISH regardless of what country I am in. How do I fix this PERMANENTLY in the settings so that I don't asked EVERY SINGLE time would you like to switch to english? Also, some pages just show up in french when Im in France and don't even give me the option to say yes english please. This is so frustrating I may delete firefox and never use it again and I'll transfer my bookmarks to another browser.

Unless you use Chrome which can adjust to different language on the fly FF will not do this for you. Your asking for something that isn't a option on standalone FF itself.

You can get a VPN Note : that paid sites are always going to be better and will protect your privacy, especially ones in Canada. You need to inspect where their servers are. If in the USA then you have no privacy. They should also have more than one server and in more than one country for Anonymous surfing.
