Hi

I have hundreds of emails which I need to print off without the thread showing. In other words the emails need to be individual, one per page.

Is there a way of doing this or copying all the emails (not individually as there are too many) into Word so I can space them all out?

Thanks in advance

What do you consider the "thread" to be? If you are referring to the quoted text in each email then that is part of the email. It is not a "thread" it is part of the individual email. From a legal perspective, if you are planning on using the emails as evidence of something then the entire body content of each email is the email, not only the "new" text.

For this reason you will not find any of the email handling automated tools will do you any good as you are endeavoring to extract a small part of the text of the email, not all of it.

Select an email and press print. what you get is the email, not some "thread".

You could export the emails as a group using the import export tools to a text based format TXT, EML, HTML etc. What you do with them from there is up to you.
